Who am I buying from?

We here at Westcharm, have a goal, "To provide the best product at the best price." That's it. It doesn't matter if you're a large company or a one man show. Our goal is not just to provide quality tools, and excellent service, but it's to make sure that you're getting the best price. Take a look at our site. You'll see we've really got our prices down. We guarantee in many cases, we're less than half the price of our competitors!

What is your Shipping Policy?
We provide options of shipping UPS, Fedex or USPS. We ship most orders the same day if they are received before 12:00 noon CST.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Google Checkout and Pay Pal. Personal checks are accepted, but will add a considerable delay to your order as we wait for checks to clear prior to shipping.

What is your Return Policy?
We will refund the entire purchase price for any UNUSED item within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. To return an unused item, please ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. We will then credit you back using the same method of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the mistake was on the part of Home Garden Collections. We will not refund USED items. However, we do value our customers and we want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a complaint with one of our items, please let us know.
